World Records: During the 1956 Olympics, Morrow equaled the world record in the 200 meters with a time of 20.6 seconds and anchored the U.S. relay team to a world record in the 4×100 meters with a time of 39.5 seconds.

National Titles: Morrow secured multiple national titles, including victories in the 100 meters and 200 meters at the NCAA Championships and the U.S. Olympic Trials in 1956.
